Broccoli-Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli according to package. Drain.
  2. Saute onion in butter til tender. Add soup, milk, and cheese. Stir constantly til cheese melts.
  3. Combine rice and broccoli and soup mixture and pour into greased 2 quart shallow casserole. Bake at 350 degrees til hot and bubbly.
