Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to package directions, with tarragon and butter or
  2. Margarine added to the water.
  3. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  4. When rice and broccoli are cooked, mix rice, broccoli, mushrooms, salt and
  5. Pepper to taste and place in a 2 quart buttered casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
