Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in butter.
  2. Cook broccoli and drain well.
  3. Cook brown rice.
  4. Mix cheese, eggs and milk together and combine with the rest of the ingredients in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheese.
  6. Bake 350 for about 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
