Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli for five minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add eggs, cottage cheese, onion, margarine, salt and corn bread mix.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
