Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine chicken broth and vegetables in large stock pot.
  2. Bring to a boil than reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Make a white sauce by melting butter over medium heat.
  4. Mix in flour, salt and pepper.
  5. Add Milk.
  6. Stir until thickened.
  7. Stir white sauce and cheddar cheese into chicken broth with vegetables.
