Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Simmer vegetables and rosemary in stock until tender (10 - 15 minutes.).
  2. In another sauce pan melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Add milk, cook until thickened.
  4. Stir sauce into undrained vegetables.
