Broccoli Cheese Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli and pasta according to package directions, drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter' stir in flour until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in water, milk and pepper until blended
  4. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Reduce heat, stir in cheese until melted.
  6. Stif in the broccoli, pasta, and sour cream.
  7. Heat through, do not boil.
