Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut brocccoli and blanch.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix half& half (you can use milk if you prefer) with eggs, cheese, and salt& pepper.
  4. Place brocccoli into a 7 x 11 baking dish.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the broccoli.
  6. Place the pan into a larger pan that contains water (water bath) and bake at 350 degree for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
