Broccoli and Egg Lasagna

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter a 13x9 baking dish.
  3. In a med saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth gradually add half and half; bring to a light boil.
  4. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Remove from the heat; stir in onions and hot pepper sauce.
  6. Spread a fourth of the white sauce in prepared pan.
  7. Top with three noodles, half of the ham and broccoli, 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, half of the eggs, and a fourth of the white sauce repeat layers.
  8. Top with the remaining noodles, white sauce and cheeses.
  9. Bake, uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
