Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350'F
  2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl until frothy for just a few seconds
  3. Add half and half to bowl, mix well
  4. Add green onions, cheddar, and broccoli, mix well
  5. Spoon filling into tartlet shells
  6. Place shells 3 inches apart on baking sheet
  7. Bake tartlets until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes
  8. Let stand for several minutes before serving
