Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine ground beef and onion and cook in until beef is done and onions are tender and translucent.
  2. Drain off most of fat.
  3. Add soup and veggies, cook 2 minutes, stirring.
  4. Spoon into shallow casserole dish.
  5. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
