  1. Lightly spray a deep skillet with cooking spray. Brown the ground beef, drain it and crumble it. Combine all ingredients in deep skillet, and heat over medium heat until bubbles from the beans start to show. Reduce heat and with the back of a spoon or spatula, smooth out the top of the chili. Sprinkle chilli powder on the top until it is all one color and allow it to combine over the heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Don't let it burn Serve at any time, any temperature. While this recipe is suitable for sandwiches, it's also great as chili in a bowl.
