Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat 1 dozen of eggs
  2. Add flour and whisk into eggs thoroughly
  3. Whisk in parm cheese and salt and pepper
  4. Saute potatoes til golden brown
  5. Place thawed dough crust on bottom of baking pan
  6. Spoon potatoes, ham, onion, & peppers into egg mixture
  7. Pour mixture onto dough crust
  8. Place cubed cheddar in rows across dish
  9. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, covered until solid.
  10. Approx 40 to 45 min.
  11. When done, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top of casserole
