Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 4 g walnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. The night before, combine all ingredients in a container; layering the yogurt, fruit, and oats.
  2. The next morning, stir in the honey and top with walnuts.
