Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 4 -6 tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt in a medium sauce pan. Add water and cook for 3 minutes on med heat. Stir in milk and heat to just before boiling. Do not boil.
