Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cold water

Directions:

  1. Combine cocoa and sugar and blend until all lumps of cocoa are gone.
  2. Add water and salt and mix well.
  3. Cook over medium heat, bringing it to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat once it boils.
  5. When cool, add vanilla (or much of the flavor boils away).
  6. Stored in the fridge.
