Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put bread pieces in a bowl
  2. Mix egg and milk together and pour onto bread
  3. Saute onion with bacon and parsley
  4. Add to bread mix with spices
  5. Knead well
  6. With wet hands, shape up a loaf and place on greased tray
  7. Bake for 25 mins
  8. Cut in thick slices and serve with soup, steak and salad, casseroles... Great in lunchboxes too
