Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, bran, flaxseed, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the bananas, yogurt, eggs, butter and vanilla.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  6. Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips, being careful not to overmix the batter.
  7. Spoon into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
