Directions:

  1. Mix 4 T lemon juice and enough milk to make 1 quart (as substitute for buttermilk)
  2. Mix oil, milk, egg beaters w/wire wisk
  3. Add flour, soda, splenda, and salt
  4. Add bran
  5. Bake at 400 for 15-20 min
