Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs beef roast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 1/4 cups water
  • potato (optional)
  • carrot (optional)

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in oil,
  2. Sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Add water & Boullion.
  4. Heat to boiling,
  5. Reduce heat Cover simmer on top range or cook 325* til tender approx 3 hours. If wish add vegetables before cook.
