Bow Tie Pasta With Chicken, Olives and Sausage

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place in serving bowl.
  2. In large nonstick skillet heat oil and saute garlic and sausage for five minutes or until sausage is no longer pink.
  3. Add olives and red pepper flakes.
  4. In a small bowl combine stock and flour until smooth.
  5. Add to sausage mixture and simmer until just slightly thickened, approximately 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour over pasta.
  8. Garnish each serving with parsley.
  9. If you don't like spicy leave out red pepper flakes and use a sweet sausage.
