Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauce:.
  2. Bring 1 cup of the Apple Juice, entire amounts of the Soy Sauce,Oyster Sauce, Ginger, Brown Sugar,Garlic Powder and Red Pepper to slow simmer.
  3. In separate cup mix corn starch and remaining Apple Juice. Mix until smooth.
  4. Whisk Starch/Apple Juice Mixture with the rest and stir until smooth.
  5. Bring heat to high, being careful to whisk the whole time.
  6. While whisking mix in Bourbon.
  7. Whisk for two minutes on high, then turn off and remove pan from heat.
  8. Main dish:.
  9. Melt butter in Pan.
  10. Slice Chicken Thighs vertically and add to pan.
  11. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  12. Brown chick in butter for approx 8 minutes.
  13. Chop vegetables according to preference and add to pan.
  14. Season with soy Sauce.
  15. Mix occasionally for 8 more minutes.
  16. Turn off and serve Chicken with Vegetable over a bed of rice.
  17. Drizzle Bourbon sauce over Meal when served.
