Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large stock pot put in ham and cover with water. Make sure there is lots of water as this will be boiling a long time.
  2. Heat on high until boiling, reduce to medium-high heat for a low boil. Boil 2 hours.
  3. Add potatoes, onions and carrots. Add more water if needed.
  4. Bring back to boil and boil 1 hour.
  5. Add cabbage.
  6. Boil 15 minutes.
  7. Scoop out onto platter and serve.
