Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • clean quart jar

Directions:

  1. Bring cider to a rolling boil.and then turn down to a good simmer so that it continues to evaporate.
  2. Simmer about 5 hours or until syrupy.may reduce down to 1 quart.
