I use this in almost all apple dishes..from crisp to pie to beverages..it is good for a lot of things..lots cheaper to make your own..I have paid upwards of $10 a bottle from catalogs or gourmet stores
Ingredients:
1 gallon apple cider
clean quart jar
Directions:
1. Bring cider to a rolling boil.and then turn down to a good simmer so that it continues to evaporate.
2. simmer about 5 hours or until syrupy.may reduce down to 1 quart.
