Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix mayo, seasoning salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon-pepper in a bowl.
  2. Slowly add vinegar to mixture until combined.
  3. Set aside in fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. In a food processor, add half the cabbage, in chunks, carrots, parsley, and onion.
  5. Pulse until nicely chopped, but not mushy.
  6. Thinly slice the other half of the cabbage.
  7. In a bowl, combine the processed mixture, the sliced cabbage, and the dressing, and toss.
  8. Let rest for at least an hour. Overnight is best.
