Spicy, Simple Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 small green cabbage
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper , depending on how hot you like it (less (or more)
  • 1/2 tsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Take cooked cabbage and chop into bite size thin chunks or slices.
  2. Put into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add in mayonnaise, stir around to coat.
  4. Add in vinegar and oil, stir to mix.
  5. Add rest of ingredients, mix well, cover and let chill one hour before serving.
  6. Excellent salad for summer BBQ's, really great anytime!
