Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix dressing ingredients until smooth.
  2. Place sliced cabbage in colander, sprinkle with salt and mix well.
  3. Let drain for at least 1/2 hour.
  4. Squeeze cabbage in colander with hands to remove excess water.
  5. Mix onion and carrot into cabbage.
  6. Add dressing, and mix well.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to let flavors develop.
