Blueberry Pear Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 (15 oz) cans sliced pears
  • 1 (7 oz) package blueberry muffin mix

Directions:

  1. Drain pears, save 3/4 cup juice.
  2. Pour pears and juice into a greased 2 qt baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with the muffin mix.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 400* for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and light brown.
