Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix all wet ingredients seperately.
  4. Make a well in the dry ingredients. pour wet ingredients into well. Mix until just moistened. DO NOT OVERMIX!
  5. Fold blueberries into the batter.
  6. Pour into greased or lined muffin tins and cook for 30 minute Cool for 15 minute.
