Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups blueberries , more if you like lots in each muffin

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Add liquid ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
  6. Fill each muffin paper to about 3/5 full.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
  8. Cool on rack.
