Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium sauté pan, sauté onion in olive oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add mint, blueberries, sugar, and apple juice.
  3. Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Cool mixture to room temperature.
  5. Arrange baguette slices on platter.
  6. Top with a slice of brie.
  7. Spoon on blueberry compote.
  8. Serve at room temperature.
