Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 11/2 flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat sugar into egg. Mix flour,baking powder,salt. Mix milk,oil,vanilla. add alternately with flour mixture to egg mixture.
  2. Fold in berries. Bake in a 8x8x2 pan in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
