Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 cup berries

Directions:

  1. Mix the egg,juice,and sugar.
  2. In another bowl mix dry ingrdients remaining.
  3. Add to liquid mixture,fold in the berries.
  4. Pour this into lightly floured loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes...
  6. *use any type berry you perfer
