Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 3/4 cup. blueberry syrup

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels.
  3. Pour bacon grease from pan, then wipe pan quickly with paper towel.
  4. While pan is still warm, pour syrup in pan.
  5. Place bacon back in frying pan over low heat and stir bacon in syrup. The syrup will coat the bacon and then serve it with a big stack of blueberry or plain pancakes.
