Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 tbsp red chile sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat to 400F
  2. Mix it all together
  3. Put it in a 9 in across iron skillet and bake for 20-25
