Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place cottage cheese, vinegar, milk, half of the blue cheese, white pepper and garlic in blender or food processor. Cover and blend occasionally scrapeing sides when blending spoon into serving dish. Stir in remaining blue cheese.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
