Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease 8 oven-glass custard cups. Put all ingredients into electric blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
  3. Pour into prepared cups. Bake 40 minutes.
