Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 (16 oz) package blackberries or 1 (16 oz) package your choice berries

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a 2 quart casserole dish. Combine flour, sugar,baking powder, salt & Milk in a small mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour mixture over melted butter, do not stir. Spoon in Blackberries over batter, do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. For apple, you can sprinkle some brown sugar & cinnamon on the crust right after it comes out of oven.
