Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Place oil in heavy skillet.
  2. Shift dry ingredients into bowl; add egg and milk.
  3. Mix well and pour into skillet; stir to mix in oil.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes...
