Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 6 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Beat eggwhites until stiff but not dry.
  2. Beat egg yolks add milk and oil.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in beaten egg whites.
  5. Pour batter into hot oiled waffle iron to cook.
