Ingredients:

  • part 1
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup hershey's chocolate cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. vanillla
  • part 2
  • 1 (8 oz.) package. philidelphia cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 oz. package. of chocoate chips

Directions:

  1. Part 1: Mix inredients together well (mixture will be loose)
  2. Part 2: Mix together cream cheese, eggs, salt, and sugar until evenly incorporated the add chocolate chips
  3. Use small cupcake pans lined with papers and fill 3/4 full with the chocolate mixture and then add approximately 1 tsp. of the cream cheese mixture to the top of each.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes at 350oF
  5. Best if served at room temperature
