Granny's Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil, sugar and vanilla to eggs and mix. Mix in all dry ingredients. Then my band, mix in zucchini.
  2. Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans for one hour.
