Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp tahini ( peanut butter or 1 tsp sesame oil can be substituted)
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teas kosher salt
  • 1 teas californian chile powder
  • 1/4 teas ground cumin
  • 1/4 teas ground coriander
  • pinch
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor
  2. Puree to desired consistency, adding more water if needed
  3. Better if it sits for an hour or so
  4. When refrigerated, bring back to room temperature, Add a little water if needed to get the desired consistency.
  5. Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips
