Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine water and wheat berries in a med. saucepan, bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 55 minutes, until wheat berries are tender.Drain in a strainer,run water over wheat berries to cool quickly. Combine wheat berries with the reamining ingreadients in a med. bowl. Toss to coat. Serve immediatly, or keep refridgerated 8 hours in advance.
