Ingredients:

  • 1 cup splenda granular
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans

Directions:

  1. Heat oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Puree black beans with eggbeaters.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into greased 8x8 pan for 30 minutes or until edges pull away from edge.
  5. Eat the pan!
