Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Soak oatmeal in the 1/2 cup milk.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another.
  3. Combine all the bowls together.
  4. Add milk until it is the right consistency.
  5. In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the pancake until the edges pull away from the pan about 5 minutes.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook the second side for about 1 minute.
  7. Be careful because it burns easily.
