Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large pot bring 1 1/2 inches of water to a boil. Add asparagus; cover and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and immediately place in ice water for 2 minutes. remove from ice water and pat dry.
  2. In a large serving bowl, combine the asparagus, beans, red pepper, and onion. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, lime juice, salt and pepper together. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
