Biscuits with olive oil

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, on low temperature, add wine, and gradually dissolve sugar and honey.
  2. Add orange juice, olive oil, cinnamon, anissed and walnuts.
  3. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Mix together flour and baking powder and add slowly to the saucepan.
  5. Combine well.
  6. Shape into small round balls and flatten, place on oiled cookie tray.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes at 110° C (225° F).
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar.
  9. Cool.
  10. Keep in cool place in airtight jars.
