Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 1/2 cup milk , 1
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves, ground

Directions:

  1. Add salt to water, bring to a boil
  2. Add oatmeal, cook 1 minute
  3. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes covered
  4. Combine egg beaters, apples, sugar, milk, raisins, baking powder, and spices together
  5. Stir in oatmeal, mix well
  6. Spoon into casserole (9 square)
  7. Cover and rest in refridgerator over night
  8. Let set 30 minutes at room temperature
  9. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees 60-65 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
  10. Cut into 9 squares
